Nestled in the heart of West Lafayette, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to inspire a healthier lifestyle for residents of all ages and abilities. Visitors are greeted by an open, light-filled lobby featuring expansive windows that bring the outdoors in. The natural materials and clean lines of the design create a welcoming and calming atmosphere, reflecting the center’s commitment to holistic well-being.
The facility boasts a wide range of amenities:
Fitness Areas: Equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines, free weights, and functional training zones.
Aquatics Center: A multi-lane lap pool, a warm water therapy pool, and a splash area for families.
Multi-Purpose Spaces: Flexible rooms for group fitness classes, wellness workshops, and community events.

Design 27 was part of the Perkins & Will design team to provide technology design solutions and architectural acoustics to control noise and create a pleasing sound environment throughout. The facility was recognized with the 2021 AIA Indiana Merit Award and AIA Colorado Honorable Mention.
