Indiana University Indianapolis

North Hall

North Hall is the first traditional residence hall on the campus of Indiana University Indianapolis. This urban campus know boosts a new 172,000 square foot residence hall that supports the living needs of 700 students on campus. The facility includes two classroom spaces, a computer lab and game room for student use throughout the day and night.

Common spaces and micro lounges are abundant throughout for student collaboration and socializing. A fitness center is available for students and a large outdoor courtyard for outdoor activities. Design 27 provided technology design services to the team that was lead locally by MSKTD & Associates who partnered with KWK Architects out of St. Louis. Our focus included connectivity to campus, the structured cabling infrastructure, security/access control requirements and coordination of the audio/visual systems.
